Rugby Ontario is searching for passionate and ambitious individuals to join our 2025 Rugby Development Network as Regional Rugby Development Consultants (RDCs)!
📅 Contract Length: February 3rd, 2025 – November 30th, 2025
đź“Ť Location: Regional hubs across Ontario (largely remote work with occasional in-person requirements)
RDCs will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of rugby clubs within assigned regional hubs, collectively strengthening the network of clubs across the province. You’ll build close working relationships with Rugby Ontario staff, the National Rugby Development Officer Network, and local leaders, volunteers, and community rugby partners. Together, you’ll help improve infrastructure, resources, and programming to create meaningful and sustainable rugby experiences.
