RUGBY ONTARIO COMPETITIONS

Players and clubs registered with Rugby Ontario are eligible to participate in a number of rugby competitions, including league play, provincial championships, and national competitions.

Many Rugby Ontario clubs offer teams as young as they Under-8 age grade, and field teams up to the senior level. In addition to the Rugby Ontario provincial leagues, our Branch Unions also run leagues that include Under-16 / Under-18 divisions and Senior Men’s / Women’s divisions. These Branch Union senior divisions link directly to the Rugby Ontario senior divisions through a system of promotion and relegation.
