The Rugby Ontario Under-15 Regional Junior Development Program consists of six teams. The six teams will be regionally based in locations across Ontario: Eastern Ontario, Central Ontario, Toronto, Northern (north of Toronto), Southern Ontario, and (South)Western Ontario.
The program will be eight weeks long and will consist of the six regional sides competing against each other, as well as training individually.
The program will commence in the last week of August. The regional skill development sessions are flexible to each team to be conducted at a time during that week most suitable to the other rugby activities in that region. The schedule for the Rugby Ontario Under-15 Regional Junior Development program will be as follows:

As there is no Rugby Ontario U14 Program in 2014, U14 players will also be considered for this program.
Regional Festival Days (September 13 and October 4)
On the two regional festival days, the six teams will be divided into two groups (East and West). The three teams from the East will play in one regional festival and the three in the West will play in another festival. The matches will be played at a central venue for those three regions.
Provincial Festival Day (October 25) - Location TBD
On the Provincial Festival Day, all six teams will come together and play in an all-day festival. They will be playing the teams from the regions they had not seen all year.
The focus of the festivals will be to evaluate the development of the athletes, from the skill sessions in a game situation. There will not be any regional champion crowned or medals awarded.
Athletes for this program will be identified throughout the summer while playing with their club team. Club coaches may be contacted to seek their input on potential players from their club. If necessary, in some regions, the first skill session maybe also be used as a trial to finalize the team.
